Research and Programs (Advance Treatment Training)
Volunteers will obtain information from facilities in the US on advanced training to apply to the facilities in India. Volunteers will attend seminars where they will gain knowledge on how to treat kids with disabilities, and prepare training documents.
They will then implement this knowledge into the facilities in India.
Facility Visit
A group of teens will go to visit different facilities where they help and care for elders or disabled people. Through this they witness the everyday lives of these people while also discovering ways to improve the care provided by NCF. By visiting international facilities, kids will realize how blessed they are compared to kids in India.

INTERNATIONAL
CANCER CARE FOR CHILDREN
NCF jointly working with Calicut Medical College children cancer department to provide educational assistance for kids. There are 100s of kids admitted to the pediatric oncology department. Most of the kids are missing their academic days as well as school fun time. NCF provide(s) educational assistance to kids by providing home work support, exploring their skills and make their hospital life more meaningful. This helps the kids to keep up their studies and feel school environment during their treatment period.
We have appointed a full time teacher who helps their educational support need. During this time, we also promote their extracurricular activities. Our volunteer teachers work with Doctors and other staff members to help the kids for their assistance. We need your prayers and support to help to support these kids.

CURRICULAM FOR DEAF
NCF and one of the leading institute in US are working together to develop the curriculum project for deaf. This project helps the deaf kids to practice language(s) and start communicate to others without sign language. Our partner institute is pioneer in this field for last 100 years. NCF is working with them to develop the same curriculum in Malayalam and promote the same in other Kerala institutes.
We have already started a pilot launch with few kids. Based on the success of the pilot approach we learned that English curriculum to Malayalam language will help more kids with same need. This is 2 years project to develop the curriculum with the help of language experts, speech therapists and pediatricians, special need and regular language teachers.
We need support from everyone to complete this project by donating your expertise, time and money. Please sign up our volunteer sheet and also donate generously.
